Here is how you make it:
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of flour
Methods
- Whisk the eggs and sugar over a hot pan of water until the mixture is light and creamy
- Then use an electric mixer to mix the eggs and sugar (wait until nice and fluffy).
- Then add your flour in and start mixing until the flour is dissolved.
- Place your mix into your tray and bake at 150 degrees for 6 minutes.
- When finished wait until it cools down then try and roll it up.
- Let it cool down again then try and unroll it and when you finished add whip cream and then roll back up again.
- THEN ENJOY!!!
